Yes! We have a live preview that shows you the front and back of your itme. Cluck the "Personalise" button and you can start designging and personalising your item exactly the way you want it.

Please make very sure that the spelling and customisation is correct. We print directly from the preview file and cannot be held responsible for any misspelled names or wrong customisations.

Due to the nature of different monitors, colours might be slightly different on the physical article.

The live preview works in both mobile and desktop but it is easiest to work from a desktop so if you're struggling maybe try that.

Also due to some the files being large you need to give the preview a few moments to show your selection.

Refresh the page to reset your preview if you decide you want to start over.

The preview shows you what the front and back will look like on one item - if you want more than one please change the quantity in your shopping cart.

All orders are hand-made in our factory upon receipt of the order. Due to
every item being individually personalised we only hold stock of the blanks. Manufacturing
takes 3 - 5 working days and then we had it over to th courier for delivery.

We use The Courier Guy for all our shipping. Depending on where you live,
they take between 2 - 5 working days to make delivery. You will receive a
tracking number when you item is shipped and can track it online at
https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track

We have a flat shipping rate of R99 per order and offer free shipping for all orders over R750.

We ship to anywhere in South Africa, unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.

We can only deliver to a physical address.

A signature will be required upon delivery so please make sure you put in an address where someone is available during the day to sign.

We are a family owned business situated in the heart of central South Africa.

We manufacture all our own items and do not use any third party or dropshipping suppliers.

That means quicker delivery and no unexpected charges from customs. All our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Each order can only be sent to one address. If you want each item sent to another address you will have to place a separate order for each address.

Unfortunately because we use a third party shipping provider we cannot guarantee shipping times or arrange delivery for a specific date.

Due to the fact that each item is a custom order we do not accept returns or offers refunds. Please check your order very carefully as we cannot be held responsible for misspelled names or errors in personalisation selection.

We offer a 6 month limited warranty for manufacturing defects. We do not offer returns or refunds for wear and tear or items that are washed or used incorrectly.

Although we do our absolute best to package our items as carefully as possible occasionally they do get broken in transit. Please email support@ customcat.co.za a pic and we will replace any item broken or lost during shipping.

All our items are made with the utmost care and attention to detail and every item is quality checked before shipping.
